In our art series World-Famous Painters, we present the oeuvres of twelve outstanding creators in the history of European painting. We can look into the world of Renaissance, Dutch, Impressionist and modern painting, through the works of artists such as Botticelli and Leonardo, Rembrandt, Renoir, Monet, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Cézanne, and Turner, Klimt, Picasso and Kandinsky. The charmingly designed books summarize the life and career of each artist in a concise, meaningful and sophisticated way, presenting both their major works and little-known secret gems. The art history presentation comes to life through countless wonderful paintings, drawings and graphics; these small books are real picture albums, eye-catching publications. The first two volumes - Klimt and Cézanne - will be published in February, followed by further books every two months.
