This little book was created to describe clearly and understandably how stuffed cabbage and beef stew are made. To show how to bake pancakes, cut dumplings, and cook fish soup in any corner of the world where there is a stove. In addition to the recipes, we introduce the reader to the history and characteristics of the given dishes and some important ingredients in small articles.
